  • We can dispose of basically everything aside from hazardous waste. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further information or if you have specific items you are wondering about.

  • To cancel or make changes to an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at least one business day prior to delivery.

  • Our prices may be subject to change depending on the location of the job. Your final quote will include delivery and pick up, rental period (as per contract), fuel and environmental surcharges, taxes, disposal of the allotted tonnage (as per contract).

  • Deliveries will occur between 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver during an allotted time, however; we may face extenuating circumstances beyond our control. We will give you our best estimate and can have our Customer Service or Driver call when dumpster is on its way. If you require this information, please notify Customer Service when your order is placed.

  • We are here to help you with that! Call our Customer Service Team and we will work with you to make sure you are provided with the correct size.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express and take the credit card information at the time of order. The dumpster must be paid in full before the delivery. Your card is kept on file until the dumpster is picked up.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

 Take a look at our available sizes.  If you are not sure of the bin size you will require, contact our Customer Service Team, describe your project and we will work with you to determine the proper size for your project.  

STEP 3

Once your dumpster is full, you have two options! Option 1:  Contact our Customer Service for a dumpster "swap" if you are in need of another dumpster. We will bring an empty dumpster and pick up the full dumpster. 

Option 2:  Contact our Customer Service for a pick-up.  Pick-ups are made within 1-4 days after you've contacted us. 

STEP 2

Once you have decided and placed your order, our drivers will deliver and place the dumpster in a spot of your choosing at your site.  Our drivers have over 20 years of experience and are excellent at what they do! 

STEP 4

Payment is expected at time of order.  Your provided credit card will be charged the full amount of the dumpster rental the day before the scheduled delivery.  The credit card will be kept on file until the bin has been picked up and the account has been cleared.
